Working in a group

I find working in a group a bit harder than when working alone. Even though we all get a long great, it is still a hard to get everyone on the same because now the work is no longer just up to one person, but several people. I find that to be the hardest thing on the project because I am used to doing things all by myself. The assignments that we havecoming up, I believe should be easier though because, we have split the work pretty much where the majority of the decisions are left up to just one single person and the others are just like suggestions, which seems similar to the way we have done our papers throughout the semester.
